The Hot Yoga studio, for Hot yoga classes, is furnished with infrared panels. These panels are qualified and can be named the most clean, healthy, sustainable and co2 free heat panels. The infrared panels emit long infrared waves with a high health aspect. Lively Yoga Studio take into consideration all aspects of isolation and ventilation. The infrared panels, The infrared panels, heat and air exchange are coordinated through a WTW ( heat recovery) system. As a result, the temperatures for the different hot yoga types are obtained in a safe and healthy way.

The classes at Lively Yoga Studio are divided with a maximum number of 14 participants per class. This was deliberately chosen so that there is sufficient room for personal attention and guidance.

Lively Yoga Studio is not only a yoga studio, but also a lifestyle. The studio is furnished with earth elements. The many windows throughout the building provide a lot of natural light and light incidence.

Be releaxed on time

Good to know

The studio is 20 minites before the start of a class open and the doors close when the class starts. Once the lesson has started, you will unfortunately no longer be able to participate in the lesson.

Make sure you are on time. In any case, it is better to meditate quietly while sitting or lying down in the room before the lesson starts. This way you can consciously switch off from your day, let go of your thoughts, create peace and relax your body and mind before the class starts.

For Hot Yoga classes we advice to be a minimum10 minutes to be present in adcance. This way you can give your body time to get used to the heat before the class starts.

When you come for the first time, it is desirable that you are arrive 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
