Do you want to work more on your strength, strengthening your abdominal,- legs,- butt,- and arm muscles? Then you are in the right place with this class!
The class consists mainly of exercises that helps building and developing your muscles. When having back problems, in addition to yin yoga ( to create more space in the back tissues), it is also incredibly important to make your abdominal muscles strong When your abdominal muscles are strong, more relaxation comes to the back muscles that, causes less back pain.
The class is combined with yoga to maintain muscle balance as well. So if we are going to put tension on the muscles to strengthen them, we are also going to stretch it out with yoga poses. All this with a touch of pilates.
This class is taught in a heated therapeutic room of approximately 25C. The therapeutic radiations have a detoxifying effect on the body. The heat also gives an ultimate relaxing feeling for the body and mind. Read more about the effect of therapeutic heat in the room here.
