Hot Yoga wordt gegeven in een ruimte die verwarmd wordt met therapeutische infrarood panelen tot circa 38 graden. De warmte zorgt ervoor dat je spieren en pezen sneller opgewarmd zijn en soepeler worden. Dit geeft onder andere het voordeel dat je gemakkelijker in een houding kunt komen en je meer ruimte krijgt om je spieren te rekken en tegelijkertijd lekker zweet, dus een goede detox💪
Minder spanning op de spieren = minder (rug, nek, schouder) klachten.

Back pain, shoulder pain, tight hamstrings, yoga therapy balls are a self-massage using balls to release tension and tightness into the deeper tissues of the body.

Myofascial release is a technique that involves applying gentle pressure on to the myofascial connective tissue restrictions, knots in the body, in order to reduce or eliminate pain and restore motion.

What is Vinyasa? A series of asanas that put together build a sequence that is practiced with the rhythm of our breath. With every inhale we open and with every exhale we close. The Vinyasa per se, is a mini sequence within a sequence of the whole practice and it’s used as mid-point when shifting from right side of the body to left side of the body.
