Maria Stanford

Sunday 1ste of March 10 a.m. -12

Want to have a stronger Hot Yoga practice without a lot of struggle and still have a good workout?
This two hour clinic will focus on helping you build a good base in your body during a Hot Yoga practice.  What is “core” in a pose?  How to have better balance in a pose?  It will be interactive – -we will discuss poses – -try them out and any questions that arise will be answered.

We will practice about 5 – 6 Bikram standing poses (depending on time).  You don’t have to be greatly skilled or flexible – – just a willingness to learn more about your body and to have a greater grasp of being in poses.

  • What’s core?
  • How to create balance?
  • Enough room for questions during the workshop

This workshop is a foundation work for most standing Bikram Hot Yoga poses.

The class will held in an infrared heated room. The panels feature of long waves infrared, which has the great effort to warm-up the body from the deeper layers. It is a therapeutic healing therapy.

This workshop will taught in English
